CCDH Principles

One of the core strategic initiatives from our strategic framework is to enable cross-sectoral coordination of content principles. As a result, we have developed the CCDH  Principles to enable the stewardship and cross-sectoral coordination of content priorities for digitization and digital preservation. As a coalition, we recognize the power of collaboration and the importance of elevating the collective voice of our sector, and strongly feel that we go further when we go together.

We encourage you to read these principles and share them widely within your networks!

To date, the CCDH Principles have been endorsed by the following organizations:

Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL)

Council of Prairie and Pacific Libraries (COPPUL)

Canadian Urban Libraries Council- Conseil des Bibliothèques Urbaines du Canada (CULC- CBUC)

Canadian Research Knowledge Network (CRKN)
